Technical Notes

1) Start the browser by clicking on INDEX.HTM in the root directory.

2) JPG and TIF files can be copied down directly from the browser pages as they open while viewing this CD-ROM.

Internet Explorer users please note:
It is possible your browser will try to open an image in a browser window when you click on a download button. This is usually due to the presence of QuickTime or Media Player programs, or other configurations of your system which tries to open the image rather than give you the option of downloading to your hard drive.

In that case, RIGHT CLICK on the download button, and then select the “Save Target As …” option in the menu. You will then be able to save the image in the folder of your choice. This problem will not occur if you use Netscape as your browser.

3) This CD-ROM's contents are best viewed in Microsoft IE 5.0 or Netscape 4.0 or better and with screen attributes set at 24-bit or
32-bit color with resolution set at 800x600.

4) The TIFF directory contains full size images. The JPG and Grayscale (B & W) files can be copied down directly from the browser pages as they are opened while viewing the CD-ROM. The 1024 directory contains sized images for convenient viewing on a screen set to 1024x768. The web page and banners can be copied by right clicking on the image when opened and using the "save picture as" command in the drop down menu.

5)
The Radio Script, Press Release and Newsletter Story are all in MS Word and TXT formats.

6) All files are stored in directories that are self-explanatory as to content.
